Return & Exchange Policy

 

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for up to 1 year (365 days) from the original purchase date, except for clothing in which there is a 15 day return policy. You may return or exchange any item for any reason, with the exception of personalized or custom made items. 

Procedure:

You must contact us by phone (888-269-7516) or email ([email protected]) to get an RA number from us.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number. When you contact us, we will also give you the proper mailing address to send your item.  

Important - do not under any circumstance mail an item to us at the address on our contact page.  Different items go to different warehouses, and the proper place will almost never be the address on our contact page.  

If you mail us a package without first getting the proper address from us, or if the package does not contain a proper RA number, the package will be refused, lost, or destroyed and you will not receive a refund or store credit.

Item Condition:

To return or exchange an item, it must be in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging, documentation, and tags if applicable.  If we receive an item that has scratches, stains, odor, dog hair, or any other issue that prevents us from re-packaging the item and re-selling it, we will destroy the item and you will not receive a refund or store credit.

Fees:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returning or exchanging an item.  You will receive full store credit for 100% of your purchase price, less any shipping charges you paid in the original transaction.

Return shipping cost will be reimbursed by Oh My Dog Supply in the event that we sent you an incorrect or defective item.  In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for paying to ship the item back to us.

Refunds:

All refunds are given in the form of store credit.  When we receive your item for return or exchange, we will contact you within 10 business days with a voucher code to be used towards the purchase of any merchandise in our store.  We will not issue any refunds via check or credit card.

These policies only apply to orders placed on OhMyDogSupply.com and do not apply to any orders placed on marketplace sites we may participate in such as Amazon, Buy.com, or Ebay.  Please see the return policies listed on the site you purchased from for more information.
