New Law Protects Service Dogs
Pennsylvania has introduced a new law for protecting the service dogs that are used by deaf, blind or physically impaired people. A fine of $5000 would be imposed on the house owner, if his dog attacks any of the service dogs. This step was made possible due to a local woman, who is responsible to bring the House Bill 165 on prints. Three service dogs of Passle Helminski were attacked by few other dogs.
